If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, an email has to be sent to Return@YoungDiva.com.
The email must contain the following:
Order Number #
Style # (Description)
Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)
The return request has to be within 14 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. As soon as you mail the merchandise off, please email us informing us of the date and time of your mail drop off. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
